To the Burgess family Whenever Pete's name was mentioned within our family it meant only one thing; pack your kit bag and game on! Pete 'The' Boss Burgess was an important part of the hockey-playing Barry brothers, especially to my brother Jon who looked up to Pete so very much. As for me I wasn't blessed with the hockey-ing talent that my brother had, but Pete took me as far as I could and I loved every minute of his company, guidance, kindness, generosity, post-match bollockings (far too many) and most importantly his warm nature - coupled with that cheeky grin - that is going to be so missed. Everyone who loved Pete was loved back. My thoughts are with the family at this time of deep sadness. Jason Barry
